I do not know, but usually leave in all the seeds so as the food will really be nice and spicy! Smile!

They really are fruits. I actually learned about this back in high school in a science class. Anything that as seeds in it is technically a fruit. As long as it has seeds, it's fruit. If it does not have seeds, it's a vegetable.
