Today's Tip:

Make healthy snacks readily available. This is probably the most
important factor in helping your family eat well. If healthy snacks
are not readily available for your family to quickly grab, they may
opt for less healthy, sugary snacks. Here are some healthy snacks that
your family can enjoy:

      - Fresh grapes, strawberries, or blueberries
      - Slices of celery, carrots, and cucumbers
      - Celery with peanut butter and raisins
      - Almonds or hazelnuts
