Splenda measures the same  as sugar. That's what I use so that's the only 
one I know about.

I did not catch a reply to the previous question asking about sugar
substitutes being exchanged for real sugar in recipes.  I think the idea was
to find out how much substitute you would use instead of regular sugar in
any cooking recipe.
