On my bag of Splenda it just says to measure out the same amount of Splenda that you would sugar in a given recipe. It is a hard granular texture, not as smooth as sugar. But if it says a cup sugar you use a cup Splenda. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Donald" <[email protected]>

Subject: [CnD] Sugar substitute conversion

I did not catch a reply to the previous question asking about sugar
substitutes being exchanged for real sugar in recipes. I think the idea was
to find out how much substitute you would use instead of regular sugar in
any cooking recipe.
