STRAWBERRY CAKE RECIPE
This cake can be the highlight of a family dinner, a picnic, a shower, an anniversary or wedding. Ingredients Cake: 1 box white cake mix 1/2 cup water 1 small box strawberry jello 4 eggs 3 Tbsp flour 3/4 cup strawberries-mashed 1 cup cooking oil Icing: 1 stick butter, softened 1/4 cup strawberries- mashed 1 small box powdered sugar, sifted Directions Cake: Mix ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees in a long glass dish. Bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick tests done. Let cool before icing. Icing: Beat ingredients together until smooth. Smooth over entire cake. Garnish with fresh strawberries if desires. Serves8.
