I did not realize they were very fatty! They are fried, crispy, little very small fish cakes; they have 'em here in OK at Greek restaurants, called on menu falafel sandwiches. Nice and crispy! And crisp good. I love them!!!

The falafel balls are made of chick peas and are usually served in pitta bread with pickles, tehina and vegetable salad or fresh cabage. It's very delicious, but also very fatty.:) Hope this helps. All best, Shira. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Charles Rivard" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]>; "Sugar" <[email protected]> Sent: Saturday, May 05, 2012 5:19 PM Subject: Re: [CnD] FALAFEL PATTIES WITH YOGURT CUCUMBER SAUCE > What is falafel?
