I ordered this pan today; I have this version of pans, in an 8 by 8,
and they do a good job of slicing.
I didn't like them at first because all of the pieces are separate, the
pan, rack and grid. Many people complain about batter leaking out, and
for this
reason, I usually put something under the pan, just in case.
I am not good at cutting things, and this makes it all into even portions.
