You might also sprinkle some additional coconut on top, if you're a huge coconut fan like me! I never buy angel-food cake mixes, because I don't have a tube pan. I may have to try this one!

I mixed the cake mix and pineapple together first and then stirred in the coconut before pouring it into the pan. You might use a very small amount of cooking spray on the bottom only of the pan.
