Never a good idea to squeeze limes!  I know this since I'm in regular 
contact with an Egyptian-American who spent five yers running University 
Of Maryland's cafeterias before he came to work for the Federal 
Government.  Better to put the lime halves in a chopper device and pound 
them thoroughly.  That breaks more of the juice sacks down and gets you 
more juice and more flavor.
