Fudge Squares 2 squares unsweetened chocolate 1/4 c. butter or margarine 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 1/4 c. Bisquick 1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Heat oven to 350ºF. Melt chocolate and butter together. Mix in sugar, eggs,Bisquick and nuts. Spread in a greased square pan 8x8x2-inch or 9x9x2-inch. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. "Do not overbake". Cool and cover with Topping. Cut into 1-inch squares. Topping: Cream together 1/4 c. butter, 1 tbsp milk, 2 c. sifted icing sugar and 1 tsp vanilla. Spread over Fudge Squares.
