Dessert Pumkin  Crisp 

Ingredients

  a.. 15 oz canned pumpkin 
  b.. 12 oz fat-free evaporated milk 
  c.. 1 cup SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener 
  d.. 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  e.. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 
  f.. 18 oz unprepared yellow cake mix 
  g.. 1 cup  Diet Sprite 
Instructions


MIX THE FIRST 5 INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND POUR IN A SPRAYED 9 x 13 PAN. 

SPRINKLE CAKE MIX (DRY) OVER THE MIXTURE, I USED BUTTER PECAN CAKE MIX!

THEN POUR 1 CUP DIET SPRITE OVER DRY CAKE MIX.

BAKE AT 350 FOR APPX 1 HOUR, UNTIL STARTS TO BROWN. COOL 10 TO 15 minutes. 

 TOP WITH A DOLLOP OF FAT FREE WHIPPED TOPPING! YUMMY!!!!!!
