We have a local store chain called MacKay's and that's where I got this 
scrapple.  Thanks for the tips, I had used something less than a cast 
iron skillet though I have a collection of those skillets usually 
reserved for steaks and the like.  I think what I got was Hatfield which 
is also local to Pennsylvania where I was in the beginning of this life.
