MOIST CARROT OR PUMPKIN CAKE

4 eggs, beaten

1 c. oil

2 c. sugar

2 c. flour

2 tsp. cinnamon

2 tsp. soda

1 tsp. salt

1 c. nuts

2 c. grated carrots or

2 c. pumpkin

ICING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

1/4 c. butter

1 tsp. vanilla

2 c. powdered sugar

Mix together the eggs, oil and sugar. Add the remaining cake ingredients. Bake. 
 Enjoy.
