Hi. I'm not that brave. Lol. My husband makes up his own recipes and it makes me jealous. I play with some recipes, but only a little, but when it comes to baking I'm too nervous. My husband even made up his own sour dough beer bread recipe and it's delicious! But, I will try using milk. I would think it may enhance the flavor a bit.
