Hi all, A few days ago I baked a potato chese pie. The recipe includes one red chilly pepper. It turned out great but the hot pepper burned my hands for quite some time after I was done cutting it to pieces, even though I washed my hands with cold water and soap right after cutting it. Would anybody know how to prevent this burning feeling on my hands? I can't use gloves so that's not an option.
