Hi Everyone
I don't remember doing a gingerbread house with milk cartons, and I don't know if this helps or not, but you can buy the pieces for the house already make out of gingerbread. I saw this at a store we have here in Saskatchewan called Bulk Barn. This is a store where you can buy almost anything in bulk, like all your baking stuff and more. Well anyway you can buy all the pieces of the house and all you have to do is put it together with icing and then decorate it. I will look in my receipes to see if I have a receipe to make it from scratch if that is what is needed.
Hope this helps
Linda

Subject: [CnD] Ginger Bread House Making?

Hi. Have any of you ever made ginger bread houses with your kids? I was
thinking about the kind I made in elementary school. The ones that you use
empty little milk cartons and graham crackers. I have never done it blindly
though. Lol! I want to do it with my little ones. Just wondering if any of
you have done this or something similar. Also when I was on this list
before there were some adorable ornament ideas, but do you think I still
have them? Nope. I remember one in particular that was cute little snow men
made out of marshmallows I believe. Thanks bunches

Jeri
