Thousand Island Dressing
Serving Size: 10

1/2 cup catsup
1/4 cup fat-free sour cream
1 tablespoon reduced-fat mayonnaise
1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 small garlic clove -- minced (optional)

In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients (including the garlic, if 
desired), and
whisk together well to prevent lumps.
Refrigerate dressing for up to a week. After refrigeration, stir before using.
