Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon fresh chopped basil
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Pinch of freshly ground black pepper

Whisk the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, basil, salt, and pepper in a glass or 
stainless steel bowl until they are thoroughly combined.
Can make the dressing up to 3 days in advance and store it, covered, in the 
refrigerator. Stir it well before using it.
Makes 1/2 cup
