I had boiled some potatos for salad, but then decided I wasn't in the moodd to make one. So, instead I mashed them up, added cream cheese, sour cream and chedder cheese and mixed it all up. Then, pressed it into a pie pan, smoothed it out on the top with my hand, then topped it with grated Itallian cheese blend. put it in the oven at 350 for about twenty five minutes until it was all bubbly. My kids were so excited to see a mashed potato pie.
