I don't know if this is the right way to make candied carrots, but this is how I did it tonight and it was a hit with my little ones.
2 hand full of baby carrots 2 table spoons of butter 1/4 cup of brown sugar Melt the butter in a sauce pan add the carrots and stir around add the brown sugar, sprinkle all over the carrots Stir it around making sure to coat the carrots with the butter. Cover and simmer for about fifteen minutes or until the carrots are tender.
