I have a recipe that calls for cooking chicken strips on med heat until no longer pink in the middle. I've never tried to cook chicken. Any tips? When I'm browning meat like ground beef or sausage I can tell when browned by the sound and the texture of the meat. Will I be able to do simillar with chicken? thanks
