I would appreciate info on what, if any, cook books I can get from either BARD, NBP.org, or the blind mice mega mall that are loaded with recipes and, most importantly, tips for the blind cook. I'm looking for books that answer the basic questions that often come up like, How do I know when something is "golden brown"? Here's the main factor: I want suggestions from people who have actually used the book or books they recommend. If you haven't used it, don't suggest it. Thanks.
