Too much cheese but here is some thing I will do if requested.
Take a whole fryer chicken, or a couple breast, or some legs or even thighs or a combination of all of them. What ever trips your trigger. for always remember the kitchen is yours. Now get the water boiling in a pot and boil that chicken or pieces or whatever until done.
Pull the chicken out of the water and let it cool.
Now the fun part, strip the meat off the bone. Maybe I didn't tell you, but chicken with the bone taste better if boiling it. (just my opinion) Now grab two cups of the chicken broth out of the pot and set a side. remember it is your kitchen, and if some one doesn't like what you are doing, let them cook for their self. This usually will get the pest out of the kitchen.. Now we have a couple cups of chicken pieces off the bone and a couple cup of broth. The rest of the broth is still in the pan, so might as well cook the spaghetti. For this I will use either a #9 spaghetti or egg noodles. it is like making tuna casserole, but chicken instead. I won't eat either. Well unless my wife is threaten me with a cast iron skillet, than I might consider the chicken. Now where were we. Oh yes! about ready to cook the spaghetti. Break the spaghetti up into 2 to 3 inch pieces. about a 1/3 to 1/2 pound will do. Put it in the boiling water or I should have said broth. Cook until al dente, or a little on the firm side, for you are going to bake it and you don't want mush. Now get out a large bowl and let's get to work. Throw in the spaghetti or noodles, your choice. Now the chicken. You did chopped a red sweet pepper and onion I hope. Cut it up as small or as large as you like. I cut my pepper this way. Chop off the head, cut off the bottom, clean that sucker out as soon as you cut it in half. Now cut the pepper halves into thin strip and turn them 90 degrees and cut them again. For the onion. I will take my chef knife and cut it in half from the stem to the root of the onion. Than cut up a little from the root side and peel off the skin. Than a cross the grain of the onion, turn it 90 degrees and cut it again., sure beat mincing the onion . Put the pepper and onion in the bowl with the spaghetti. Get out the shredded cheese of your choice and as much or as little as you like or none at all. Open some cream soup, It can be mushroom, cream of chicken, cream of celery or a combination of any two cans. Add it to the bowl. Now the part using the broth you set a side. Add just enough to be able to mix in the soup, but don't add too much to make it like soup, In other words, leave it a little on the thick side. Now grind in some black pepper to taste, and even some salt, if you must. Now that you have everything mixed well, get out a casserole dish, I like the foil throw away. spray a little oil in the dish and add the bowl's contents to it. Add more of that shredded cheese over the top and pop it in a 350 F degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
Lay a piece of foil over the top for the first twenty minutes than remove.

P. S. A little cayenne does wonders to the dish and even a small can of chopped hot peppers or both. Just don't tell my wife, or I am in trouble.
