I still don't measure, but I was on a eat healthy site and they said oatmeal is a good choice for breakfast. They said that 1 cup of water to one half cup of oatmeal. They also went on to say, that after cooking, add some blueberries, bananas, Nutmeg, cinnamon, and a little vanilla to the mixed to liven it up a bit. RJ
