Our family has used Kitchen Aid mixers for longer than I am old as my
grandmother, aunts, cousins and now our grown kids have had mixers. Glad to

Just wanted to tell you all about my Kitchen Aid experience.
I had ordered a set of three Kitchen Aid mixing bowls, with a nonskid
bottom, from QVC about a year ago. The bowls have a lifetime guarantee,
and
they were beginning to chip, on the inside, at the bottom. I am thinking
that the bowls are chipping because I use the kitchen Aid hand mixer, and
it
is scraping off the coding, at the bottom. I called QVC, and they
provided
me with the Kitchen Aid customer service number.
I called, and they took my information, and they sent out replacement
bowls
immediately. I received them today!
