Sour Cream Coffee Cake
1 cup butter 2 cups sugar 2 eggs 1 cup sour cream 2 cups flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp vanilla Topping 1/2 cup chopped pecans 1 tsp cinnamon 4 tsp brown sugar Directions 1. Cream butter, sugar and eggs. 2. Fold in sour cream and vanilla. 3. Add sifted dry ingreedients. 4. Spoon half batter into greased and floured angel food cake pan. 5. Sprinkle with half topping. 6. Spoon in the rest of the batter and sprinkle on the remaining topping. 7. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes. 8.
