Hi everyone,

To the member who requested the meatloaf recipe here is mine. I'm sorry I can't
remember your name offhand. This was my grandmother's and the only changes my
husband and I make is to add two eggs. Drizzle Ketchup over the top and you
have a nice tasty gravy. I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do.

Grandma's Meatloaf

1 egg
1/3 cup evaporated milk
3/4 cup quick cooking oats
1/4 cup chopped onions
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1-1 1/2 lbs. ground beef (1/2 to 3/4 kg)
1/4 cup ketchup

In a large bowl combine all ingredients except beef and ketchup. Crumble beef
over mixture and combine well. Press into lightly greased pan. Bake uncovered
at 350 F for 1 1/4 hours. Drizzle with ketchup and bake 10 minutes longer.

As far as the mixing question, I use my hands as well, but take off my wedding
and engagement rings.
