Southern Style Red-eye Gravy    1.  Fry country ham in a skillet.
When removing cooked slices, shake all grease back into skillet.
2.  After last slice of ham has been cooked, pour a cup of strong black
coffee into grease in skillet.  
3.  Stir mixture in skillet until thoroughly blended, about two minutes.
4.  pour gravy into bowl an serve with grits.
