Crock Pot Tangy Ribs

Add to the crock pot/slow cooker and mix well:
3/4 to 1 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup ketchup
2 TB sugar
2 TB Worcestershire sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. ground dry mustard
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt, or to taste
1/8 teaspoon pepper

In a skillet, brown well:
2 lb. pork spareribs, cut into serving sized pieces
2 TB vegetable oil

Brown ribs in a skillet in oil. Transfer to crock pot/slow cooker.

Cover and cook on LOW heat setting for 4 to 6 hours or until tender. 

Yield: 2 to 3 servings.
