I have not tried this recipe yet, however, I will be trying it very ssoon.

Campfire Potatoes
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Hoffman's Smokey Sharp
3/4 cup milk
1 (12 ounce) package frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
Sauté onions in butter or margarine. Place in shallow 1 quart baking dish or
small skillet, brushed with butter. Add flour, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Add cheese. Pour milk over cheese. Top with frozen potatoes. Cover. Bake at
350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes, or until potatoes are completely thawed.
Mix well. Return to oven, uncovered, bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden
brown.
Makes 4 servings.
