Well for one we can feed ourselves. Secondly my question to you is why do you even ask such a question? There is nothing that a blind person shouldn't be able to do and there isn't anything that a blind person shouldn't be able to ask for help learning. Just close your eyes and ask yourself any of those questions. I am currently taking classes to become a TVI and have a project
involving cooking.

I would like to ask you guys about why you feel it is an important
skill for a blind/visually impaired student (or adult) to know how to
cook and other kitchen skills.
