I am in the process of making yeast rools. I used bread flour as well as:
wheat flour and rye flour. I used 2 and a half cups bread flour and a fourth
cup of both wheat and rye flour. They don't seem to be rising as fast as the
ones that I made with justt bread flour. Does it take longer for them to rise?
or instead of just one pack of yeast should I add additional yeast.

one thing I enjoy about baking besides eating the food is it brings back
memories of my mother when she used to bake cookies and cakes at Christmas oor
other times of the year. I also enjoyed balking to her about cooking and
learnig some things from her about cooking.
