Tonight's meal was a simple one.
Broke off the asparagus ends and than use a peeler to peel what was left of
the stems. This gives one a nice tender asparagus.
Added a little olive oil in a skillet and laid the asparagus in a single
roll. Added a half red sweet pepper and one hot Hungarian pepper, sliced
into strip for the sweet and pieces for the hot.
Place a lid on the skillet and rolled the asparagus by shaking the skillet.
In about 5 minutes I added oregano, salt/pepper to the skillet to taste.
About fifteen minutes on a medium heat the asparagus were done to my taste.
El'denta.
With some crackers and a glass of wine makes a great meal.
For dessert.
Cut up some strawberries, blueberries (whole), a half a apple slice thin.
Than made a avocado dressing.
1 avocado (peeled)
1 cup of Greek yogurt
Juice of one lemon.
Blend the three ingredients together, mashing the avocado into the yogurt.
How to peel a avocado, the easy way.
Cut a round the avocado to the seed. Take a teaspoon and remove the seed.
Than grab the skillet and pull it off.
If the avocado is ripe, it is easy.
