At 375 degrees F between 30 to 40 minutes in a pre-heated oven. Can't be exact, because every one likes their pork chops from medium to well done. I like cooking the chops in a cast iron skillet. Get the skillet hot until the lightly greased skillet starts to smoke. I ask my wife when it starts to smoke. Lay the chops in the hot skillet and take a spatula and lift the chop every now and than so it doesn't stick. Cook one one side for seven minutes, Do not flip or Polk with any thing sharp. Flip the chops over and do the same with the spatula and season with salt and pepper as you cook the second side for 7 minutes. This gives you a crisp out side and a moist inside. RJ
