Bake at 350F for 1 hour in total.
Spray casserole with cooking spray
Place chops, half inch thick, in single layer.
Season lightly with salt and lemon pepper.
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
Turn chops and season lightly again.
Bake uncovered for another 20 minutes.
Place an orange slice, about 1 cm thick, on each chop.
Cover with lid and bake another 20 minutes.
If you do not have an orange , try with an onion slice instead.
Very easy and tasty either way.
