If you are not going to forward the messages, at least copy the entire message by opening the email, making sure you are in the body of the email, and then hitting Control plus the letter A to highlight everything, then hit Control plus the letter C to copy it to your clipboard. Then you can paste it all into a new message by hitting control plus the letter V

Pralines
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup cream
2 cups pecans
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Pinch salt
Using a candy thermometer, cook sugar, salt and cream to a rolling boil.
Add butter until melted. Remove from heat and beat until thickened. Add
vanilla and nuts. Drop by spoonfuls on a piece of buttered waxed paper, spacing
between.  Let harden.

Pies And Desserts
Chocolate Banana Crepes
4 bananas
8 crepes
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
Split bananas lengthwise. Lay half of 1 banana in the middle of a crepe.
Fold the crepe and drizzle chocolate syrup over crepe.
Yield: 8 servings.
