Well, I have to say my first attempt at smoking was a success. I took the 
chicken out a bit too early, but I put it back in for a bit longer. When it 
came out, it was very moist and had an amazing flavor. For the ribs, I wrapped 
half in foil and left the rest without. I did this about 3 hours in. The ribs 
with the foil came out more tender, but I enjoyed the flavor and texture of the 
ones I didn't wrap. It's a toss up as to which I like best. So I feel pretty 
good about the whole experience. Now I'm off to clean the smoker.
