Hi RJ. That sounds delicious. How do you butterfly the chicken breasts? I mean
without cutting your hand off? LOL. I have never ever tried to butterfly
anything. I'm good with chopping, dicing and slicing, but have never
butterflied. I've tried to cut a chicken breast in order to make cutlets, but
end up with some extremely uneven pieces of chicken. Do tell.

Thanks, Jeri
