I agree.  And I think it's important to encourage people to cook, no matter 
what their skill level is.  And, sometimes, if you work full-time, you just 
don't have time to cook lots of things from scratch.  I live in the downtown 
section of a busy metropolis, and I must admit that I get so easily tempted by 
the many ethnic restaurants within walking distance.  If I get a well-balanced 
Chinese meal, adding some extra rice and tofu, I can stretch it out for several 
days.  I believe it rivals a grocery store in economy.  If I had more time, 
maybe I'd cook more, but, for one person with a very busy schedule, with so 
many good restaurants floe bty, I just don'tmake cooking froms cratch as much 
of a priority as I'd like.
