Hi all,
Someone asked for brownie recipes earlier. I have none on me, but I do have a
suggestion that really improves brownies, or pretty much any chocolate-based
recipe: coffee. If the recipe calls for water, substitute brewed coffee
instead. No matter what it calls for, add one to two teaspoons of coffee
liquoure (adjust for taste and yield) and wow, will that recipe taste great!
Note that the liquoure (no idea how to spell that) does not replace vanilla or
other flavors, but should be used in addition to them.

Have a great day,
Alex (msg sent from Mac Mini)
