I do turn my eggs a day before boiling and that does center the yolk
and makes for prettier devilled eggs...And it is the freshness of the
egg which attributes to ease of pealing, so if I have a picnic to go
to, I buy a carton a week before...I just got done doing all of this
for my dad's 75th birthday last weekend, and they turned out really
