1 large diced onion 3 medium potatoes, cubed and pealed 1 pound hot dogs or polish sausage cut into one inch pieces 2 cups water 2 tablespoons cooking oil
In a medium sauce pan, cook onions and potatoes in oil until browned. Add
hot dogs or sausage. Cook those until brown. Cover with about 2 cups of
water. Cover simmer for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
