1 pound green beans cleaned and washed
4 large potatoes, pealed and cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
3 large tomatoes, cored and cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
italian dressing (preferably the savory kind) or add vinegar and olive oil to
taste
garlic powder to taste
seasoned salt to taste
pepper to taste
Boil potatoes until tender, but slightly hard. Drain. Cook green beans
in just enough water to steam until almost done but slightly crisp. Drain.
Mix beans and potatoes together. Add tomatoes, italian dressing and
seasonings. Mix well with large mixing spoon. Do not refrigerate, can be
eaten hot. Refrigerate leftovers.
