Orange sauce/chicken Tonight some thing simple.

Got out the wok and beat the chicken breast flat. cut it into small strips and wok it until done. Sat a side
.
Juliann a carrot, a celery stick and cut a onion into thin rings. Plus cut a few red sweet peppers into strips.
Wok the celery, carrots than the peppers and onions.
All this time I was cooking 3/4 cup of brown rice that I rinsed well in about 2 cups of water with some chicken bullion and a little salt. Now that the rice was done. The veggies were the way I like them, I put the chicken back in the wok, sat the heat on low and covered with a lid as I prepared the orange sauce.
Didn't have oranges, so I used a can of mandarins oranges.
1/2 can of water
2 rounded tablespoons of brown sugar
2 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon Worchester sauce
2 tablespoons of corn starch.
Crushed the oranges. added the water, brown sugar, butter, and Worchester sauce. Blended everything together and added the corn starch that I melted into a little water and thicken up the sauce.
Added the rice to the wok and than the sauce and mixed well.
Not bad.
