Are you saying you used 2/3 cup for each cupcake? Did you use larger baking cups?

Hi Alex I have put a whole caramel piece in the middle of a chocolate cupcake. Once it has been baked, the caramel has melted and if you eat them soon after they are out of the oven or warm them up in the microwave, the caramel is warm and melts in your mouth.
