Done that with chili, works well. Scalloped potatoes, meatloaf to name a few Oh yes, forgot the veggie soup. As for the meatloaf, I use the liners, but also use a strip of foil, much easier to pull out of the pot on to a plate.

I had a sample of a liner once, and gave it to my nextdoor neighbor. I was a tad leery about using it, and wondered how it would hold up with the intense heat of the crockpot. And if you did a meatloaf in it, you'd have to get it
out of the bag in order to slice it. Then there is all this hoopla talk
about not cooking in plastic, so, ... I never have used them!
I would shudder to think if ya made a beef stew or goulash or mac 'n' cheese
dish in them, and suppose the bag tore or something while you attempted to
remove it from the crock pot!

Or, perhaps the main thing is keeping the pot clean, and you are supposed to
dish out the stuff, and not lift it out by its liner! No one ever read me
the directions!
I wish I had a rack or pan to remove a meatloaf out of crockpot, but would
you lift it out of the liner bag and then slice it?

Only sizes I've run into were for 4 quart and 6 quart pots.

Yes, you can make other meat loaf recipes good in the crockpot; just be
carefull not to use an overabundance of liquid or else leave the top off
the

pot for the last half hour or so.

Good day.

1. I'm curious, when making meatloaf in a crockpot do I need to put
anything

in the crockpot like foil or anything?
2. I haven't seen many crockpot meatloaf crockpot recipes yet, but I do
have

other ones, can they be made in the crockpot anyway?
