Hmmm, have you tried Amazon, Ebay, etc? I might have to look for them myself and then tell you if I turn up anything. They sound wonderful!!

Note that Sun Chips are a multi-grain chip, not just potato chip.
They're a product of Frito Lay, and they sometimes get a bit of
controversy as they do have some interesting additives in them.
As Charles mentioned, Lay's makes several flavors of baked potato chip.
There are other brands as well. And there's also another Frito Lay
product, Flat Earth chips, that are a vegetable chip, with several
different vegetables in the chip, though I've had a very hard time
finding them in the last couple of years. Their Tomato Ranch chip is
wonderful.
