Filled Chocolate Cookies Dough 3 cups flour 1-1/2 cups sugar 3/4 cup cocoa 3/4 teaspoon salt 3/4 teaspoon baking powder 1-1/2 cups milk 2 eggs 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla 5-1/2 ounces butter Filling 5-1/2 ounces butter 2 cups powdered sugar Pinch salt 7 ounces cream 1 tablespoon milk Mix together flour, cocoa, sugar, salt and baking powder. Add milk, eggs, vanilla and butter. Blend well, using a mixer. With a spoon, shape cookies, and arrange them on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 7- 8 minutes at 400 degrees, let cool on the sheet. Combine all filling ingredients and beat until foamy. Spread filling over cookies, then sandwich pairs of cookies together.
