Hi Robin,

It’s two weeks that I’ve started cooking, so I stand to be corrected. However, 
the way I usually do it is to just feel with the spatula I’m using to stir the 
eggs. You will feel the eggs hardening: they will be more spongy, and a bit 
heavier when stirring them around.

After a while, you’ll get an estimated time for your own style of cooking. You 
can then set a timer, or just keep checking your watch (like I do :-D).
