Hi all.  
I bake salmon at 350 for about 20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the 
fillet.  Before putting it in the oven, I put about a tablespoon of olive oil 
on it, then sprinkle it with dill weed, salt and pepper, then a little lemon 
juice.  It is simple, but a hit every time.  I like to serve it with fresh 
asparagus and baked potatoes.  It makes a lovely meal for company or family.
